Customer Service is a term that we are all familiar with, but you rarely experience with a manufacturer. To CoValence, a lack of customer service with manufacturers is a tragedy for the brands trying to succeed in an extremely competitive market. What is your manufacturer doing to help you?
According to Peter Drucker the single most important thing to remember about any enterprise is that there are no results inside its walls. The result of a business is a satisfied customer. At CoValence we highly agree with Mr. Drucker — We work closely with our clients to make sure their every need is met and exceeded.
CoValence’s Customer Service Team consists of our Receptionist, Regulatory Department, Sales, Marketing and Account Executives. Each team member goes through trainings focused on helping our clients. At first, we thought that all manufacturers spent the time to take care of their clients, however within the last year, speaking with new clients, we have realized that CoValence is an anomaly and, actually, we are proud of our uniqueness!
Thankfully, our company’s growth has been steady and strong, during the global economic crises and era of layoffs. Therefore, we have actually hired some wonderful new additions to our Customer Service team to make our clients’ relationship with us even more positive than before.
