CoValence Cares

CoValence employees participated in several donation drives this holiday season with great success!

Each year an angel tree is set up to benefit orphans, homeless children, migrant children, troubled youth, children in abuse shelters or whose parents are incarcerated, foster children and other underprivileged kids. The program was started by a realtor in the North Valley and has trees up in Walmarts around Arizona. CoValence employees placed toys and clothes under the tree to give more than 60 kids a memorable Christmas.

Over 600 pieces of non-perishable food were collected and donated to the Saint Matthews Food Bank – Matthew’s Crossing. Matthew’s Crossing offers assistance to families in need in the East Valley and feeds over 3,000 people each month.

We had great success with our Pet Food and Supply drive. CoValence donated towels, blankets, beds, food and office supplies to the East Valley Animal Shelter. The staff at the shelter was most appreciative and excited to receive office supplies, bleach and bottled water, items usually overlooked when donating to a Pet Drive.

The Holidays are upon us, which means many trips to the malls as well as hours on the computer trying to find the perfect gift for someone close to you. It is also the season of caring and giving to ones that are less fortunate than our selves. Or is it? Is the season of caring a couple months out of the year or never ending? For many of us at CoValence, ‘caring’ does not stop in December, and we hope the same is true for you. A few of our Caring Ambassadors are listed on the We Care page.

There are countless ways to show that you care for others. How do you show it? Do you donate money? Time? Food? A combination? No matter how you show that you care, it is extremely important to our world that you show it.
