They exhibit pride and care deeply about every task they perform.   From those who pull the ingredients, to those shipping the finished product out the door and everyone in between , CoValence employees all show a level of commitment and responsibility unmatched in our industry.  We take special care in selecting our employees and our very low turnover rate not only shows this is a great place to work but even more so ensures those making your products have the experience necessary to get it done quickly and efficiently.  Our Lab Techs all consider this the last place of employment they’ll ever want and it shows every day in the painstaking ends they’ll go to in order to get the product right.   We have two certified Cosmetic Chemists and a highly qualified QC department to guarantee any product we manufacture is done so the right way.

Our 43,000 square foot facility was built in 2004.  It is completely air conditioned so that our ingredients and products are at their freshest when you receive them.  We utilize Groen kettles, Microfluidics  homogenizers  to make our batches.  We fill with Norden and REB Filling equipment and can quickly retail box finished goods with our newly acquired Kalix carton machine as we only use equipment that we know is as reliable as our personnel.

 The lab follows all cGMP’s  and is freakishly clean considering we churn out 50+ batches a day.   We have designed our lab to make us as flexible as possible so we can create batches ranging from 1 kg to 300 gallons.   The Filling department fills product runs as little as 300 pieces to as large as 50,000 pieces.
